Private until you choose, apply-only by default, and you can export your résumé any time. Your licence comes from the state board record, and urVetEdu CE shows up on its own. Reviews from the owners you cared for stay with you from job to job, and you can answer any of them.

Searching quietly? Your current employer and its group never see your profile or activity.
